Job Description

A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Tuoqi Wu, in the Department of Immunology at UT Southwestern Medical Center to study regulation of T cell immunity in cancer and infection. Our laboratory has several exciting projects related to 1) understand the molecular mechanism of T-cell stemness and T-cell exhaustion, 2) identify novel targets for improving the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy, and 3) understand age-associated defects in the T cell immunity.

Candidates must hold a recent Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree. Experience in immunology, cancer biology, cell biology, neuroscience or relevant fields leading to publication in peer-reviewed journals is recommended
