公派访问学者如何让家人陪读探亲

　　众所周知，出国访学短则3到6个月，长则一年甚至更久。尤其对于长期访学的访问学者家庭来言，肯定会引起不可避免的苦恼。

　　最近一段时间，知识人网也频频收到客户询问关于探亲陪读的事情，为此我们以加拿大为例（其他国家有所不同），将多年为客户提供签证帮助的经验总结如下，希望对有此顾虑的申请者起到一定帮助。

　　正常情况下，国家允许访问学者携带配偶出国，但是某些地区会针对一些现象强制访问学者不许携带家属，那面对这样的要求，我们该如何解决呢？

　　一、访问学者可以出国后再次邀请家属。比如丈夫出国访学，出国之后就可以邀请您的妻子和孩子，而且出国后邀请没有时间限制，不存在有些网站说的必须出来六个月以上才可以，加拿大使馆也没有这个规定，大家尽可放心。出国以后再邀请相对来说还是很容易的，签证基本上一天就可以拿到(这里以北京为例)。

　　二、需要的资料按照大使馆要求的准备，自己也可以提供一些辅助资料，有助于顺利签证，具体的资料已在文章下半部分做详细统计，请注意查看。

　　三、关于资金问题。大家的邀请函里关于邀请的时间一般邀请对方1-3个月为宜，所以资金尽量要准备充足，且尽可能提供银行的流水账单以及纳税清单。

　　四、被邀请人的国内约束力一定要做好，防止移民倾向。因为大多数人都是国家公派的还比较占优势，提供自己单位的准**明以及自己的房产汽车等固定资产即可。

　　五、夫妻关系公证，被邀请人独生子女公证，无犯罪公证以及学历公证。(如果您过来打算申请工作的话)。

　　六、邀请人的资料包括：邀请函(邀请函的要求大家可以去大使馆网页看看，一定要满足要求，按照规定写)，国家出国基金委的资格证明，资助证明以及国内外院校的在读证明，注册信息，学生ID，国外银行存款信息。

　　申请材料清单列表，中英文对照，如下：
